Ingredients

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon tangerine zest
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh tangerine juice
  • 1 Tablespoon rice or white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup light olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well
  • Toss with baby mixed greens and top with fresh tangerine sections

This broad group includes tangelos, mandarins, clementines, and traditional tangerines.
