A Sweet Story
The Roe family discovered Florida Starburst Pummelo over 25 years ago. We planted 5 trees...Then 5 acres... Then 100 acres. And we’re still increasing acreage based on demand each year.
When first farmed, the Roe kids would hand wash the fruit in a 5 gallon bucket and hand label it. Today, much of the processing of Pummelos is still done by hand.
- The pummelos are hand-clipped from the tree as pulling off the fruit will fracture the top skin
- Unique and handled with great care from grove to factory
