Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 naan flatbread
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 slice cooked bacon diced small
  • 1 cup fresh spinach and arugula

Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Brush naan flatbread lightly with oil and place on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 5 mins
  • Remove from oven and top with both cheeses
  • Bake for an additional 6 mins or until cheese is melted
  • Remove from oven and top with arugula, spinach, and fresh blueberries
  • Drizzle on blueberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Enjoy!

  • Place all ingredients into your favorite blending device
  • Enjoy on your Bacon and Blueberry Pizza and just about everything else!

Notes

You can cook the bacon and make the dressing while you are warming up the naan in the oven. Or use a piece of leftover bacon from breakfast 🙂You will have leftover dressing!
